1. Introduction

Welcome to the OneStop Northwest Referral Program. This program is designed to reward our valued customers and business partners (hereinafter referred to as "Referrers") who recommend our services to new potential clients (hereinafter referred to as "Referred Companies"). Participation in the Referral Program is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

a. The Referral Program is open to all existing customers and business partners of OneStop Northwest. b. Employees of OneStop Northwest and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. c. The Referred Company must be a new client to OneStop Northwest and cannot have previously engaged in a paid contract with OneStop Northwest.

3. Referral Rewards

a. For Referrers: Upon successful conclusion of a service purchase by the Referred Company, the Referrer will receive a credit valued at $100, redeemable towards future creative services provided by OneStop Northwest. This reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

b. For Referred Companies: The Referred Company will receive a 10% discount off their first creative services purchase with OneStop Northwest. This offer is applicable to the first purchase only and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

4. How to Participate

a. Referrers should submit the referral via the official OneStop Northwest Referral Program form, providing all necessary details about the Referred Company. b. The Referred Company must mention the Referrer's name at the time of their first contact with OneStop Northwest. c. The Referral Program participation is deemed valid only when the referral is acknowledged and confirmed by OneStop Northwest.

5. Conditions for Reward Redemption

a. The Referrer's reward will be credited only after the Referred Company becomes an active client, meaning that the Referred Company has completed their first purchase of OneStop Northwest’s services. b. The Referred Company's discount applies immediately upon their first purchase and cannot be deferred for future services.

6. General Conditions

a. OneStop Northwest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice, including the structure of the referral rewards. b. Any attempt by a participant to abuse or manipulate the Referral Program will result in the immediate disqualification from the program and the forfeiture of any pending rewards. c. Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

OneStop Northwest is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Referral Program, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State in which OneStop Northwest operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
